Dr. Arthur Ruppin, a well-known German economist and sociologist, will speak at 4 o'clock today at Phillips Brooks House on the "Restoration of Palestine". The Lecture will be given under the joint auspices of the Harvard Menorah and Zionist Societies. The meeting is open to all members of the University.
Dr. Ruppin has spent sixteen years in Palestine studying at first hand the problems of reclamation of the Holy Land. He has published several authoritative works on the subject, of which "Syrien als Wirtschaftageliet", translated into Hebrew and al of the chief European languages, is the most important.
