Candidates for the degree of Ph.D. at the Mid-Years must band in their theses to the chairman of their Division Committee by Monday, January 1. Every thesis must be accompanied by a summary of not more than 1200 words, indicating the methods, materials, and results. No candidate will be admitted to final examination for his degree until his thesis has been approved by his Division Committee.
