Essays Must be in January 1

Monday, January 1, is the last day for receiving essays in the prize competition of the Harvard Club of North China. Under the terms of the contest one hundred dollars will be awarded to the graduate or undergraduate of the University who writes the best essay on any subject connected with China. Manuscripts (in duplicate) must be delivered to the Secretary of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; the Secretary will also furnish any information in regard to the competition.
