Tonight at 8 o'clock in the Hemenway Gymnasium, Coach Wachter's basketball team will play the first game of the season against St. Michael's College of Vermont. So far St. Michael's has won from Albany Law and from Seton Hall.

This season Coach Wachter has been developing a strong offensive that will be put to practice for the first time against St. Michael's fast passing game. McLeish has been shifted from right forward to left guard to give the team more scoring power and has shown considerable ability in passing and recovering the ball. Miller will take Fitts' place at center, and with Captain Gordon and Lowenthal as forwards should present a formidable scoring machine.

Since the squad was divided into teams a week ago there have been scrimmages every day resulting in several changes in the line-up. Captain Lewis Gordon has starred especially in these scrimmages with fast floorwork and consistent scoring.

The game scheduled for next Tuesday with Clark University has been postponed to Wednesday, December 20. Admission to tonight's contest will be free.
