The first CRIMSON business competition open to members of the class of 1926 will begin this evening at 7 o'clock in the business office of the Crimson Building, 14 Plympton street. The head of the Business Department will give a brief description of the work required of candidates and of the opportunities for business training which the work affords.
The competition will last about 12 weeks, but there will be no work during the Christmas vacation and ample time will be allowed for preparation for the Mid-Year Examinations.
Those who are successful in this first competition will have a good opportunity to compete for higher offices on the CRIMSON Board. Work at the outset will consist mainly of soliciting advertisements and subscriptions, besides a small amount of clerical work. No previous experience is necessary.
