Hockey Association Changes Rules

NEW YORK, N. Y., November 5, 1922.--

The fall meeting of the Intercollegiate Ice Hockey Association was held today at the Hotel Pennsylvania. The colleges having representatives were Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, Penn and hamilton. The six-man game will be speeded up by the adoption of the rules that unlimited substitution and resubstitution be permitted. The representatives of the Association have also agreed to mark the 20-foot line in front of goal and it was agreed that there can be no offside, for the defensive team within this area.
