President-Lowell and Mrs. Henry Loring Schmeltz of Virginia will be the principal speakers tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock at a meeting to discuss "Negro Progress". Honorable William Cameron Forbes '92, former Governor-General of the Philippine Islands, will preside at the meeting, which will be held in the Old South Church, Copley square, and will be open to the public.

The famous Hampton quartet of colored students will sing a selection of old plantation melodies after the addresses.
