The Appointment Office maintained for the placing of University graduates in teaching positions has been combined with the Student Employment Office of the University. Mr. George W. Cram '88 will be in charge of the combined offices.

Mr. Cram served as Recorder from 1893 until 1921. In addition to his new duties he will continue to be in charge of the University Catalogue and other official publications.

The Appointment Office was for many years in charge of Miss Louisa L. McCrady. Under her management, the Office has annually received more than a thousand calls for teachers from colleges and secondary schools, and has placed about 200 men each year. Miss McCrady resigned last summer to take up a position in Washington, D. C.
