Displaying a mastery of squash requests play that should win him the fall tournament, Captain E. M. Hinkle '23 defeated D. S. Ingalls 31., in the semi-final round yesterday afternoon 15-10, 20-18, 12-15, 10-15, 15-10. Ingalls was the winner of last year's fall tournament.

The rallies were long throughout the match, since both contestants preferred to rely on their skill at placing the ball rather than on quick kills. Ingalls won many points on drop shots, while Hinkle's best stroke was across the court with the rebound along the side lines.
