PIERIAN SODALITY TO PLAY AT SMITH AND SPRINGFIELD

First Trip of Year on December 9 and 10--In Conjunction With Smith College Glee Club at Northampton

In making its first trip of the year the Pierian Sodality Orchestra will journey to the western part of the state for a concert at Smith College on Saturday, December 9, and one at Springfield on the following day. Any undergraduates at the University desiring to attend these concerts may buy tickets at special rates at the office of the orchestra in the Music Building.

The performance at Smith College will be held at 7.30 o'clock Saturday night in Greene Hall, Northampton. The orchestra will play in conjunction with the Smith College Glee Club.

On the following day, Sunday, the concert will take place at 3 o'clock in the Springfield Auditorium as one of the events in the Young Men's Christian Association series. This performance is in the nature of a return engagement, since the orchestra played at Springfield last year.
