The British Division of the American University Union in Europe, which is maintained by various American colleges, including the University, has recently extended its hospitality to all American college men and women visiting in London. The Union, another branch of which exists in Paris, is located at 50 Russell square, near the British Museum.
At the Union's building travelers may consult lists of lodgings guide books, directories, public announcements and the catalogues of British universities. The director and his assistants are prepared also to put visiting students in personal touch with university and college officers and teachers anywhere in the United Kingdom; and to secure admission to libraries--including that of the British Museum and Bodleian Library at Oxford.
