Professor R. H. Lord '06 Will Discuss Conditions. This Evening--Prominent as Historian and Author

This evening at 6.30 o'clock Associate Professor R. H. Lord '06 will address the members of the Liberal Club on "Conditions in the Near-East", analyzing the situation and discussing it from the point of view of both sides. Preceding the address the usual Wednesday evening dinner will be served.

Professor Lord is well known as an authority on Modern European History. He has written several widely known books, among which the most celebrated are, "The Second Partition of Poland", and "Some Problems of the Peace Conference" (in conjunction with Professor C. h. Haskins '08). He represented the United States at the Peace Conference in Paris. Recently Professor Lord has been annotating the memoirs of the Kaiser for the "Boston Post".
