Reverend S. O. Dexer '98 of Concord will preside, and Reverend Charles Collect. Vicar of St. Stephens Church, Boston, will lead the affirmative in discussion from the floor, while Mr. B. P. Clark, a member of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, will take the negative.
