The second term-bill was sent out Saturday from the Bursar's office to all men in the University. This bill, which includes the second installment of tuition, rent and care of rooms for the first half year, and dining room charges and Union charges to October 31, will be payable on or before Wednesday, November 29, at the Harvard Trust Company.
