The University Doubles Tournament starts today at 2 o'clock on Jarvis Field. The complete draw and time schedule is posted at Leavitt and Peirce's; should any pair be unable to play at the time assigned, they should report at Hollis 20 between 9 and 1 o'clock.
Among the more powerful teams are E. H. Herndon 2G.B. and W. W. Ingraham '25; Herndon was runner-up for last year's singles tournament and Ingraham was last year's Freshman captain. G. C. Guild '23 and J. R. Kunkel 1L, are also expected to be strong contenders for the prize; Kunkel was captain of the tennis team at Georgia Tech.
In the singles tournament, the fourth round has been reached, and Carrol Harrington '24 and Donald Strachem '24 are in the fifth round. The fourth round should be entirely finished today.
