APPLICATIONS FOR RHODES SCHOLARSHIPS DUE TOMORROW

Applications for the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford for 1923-24 are due at University 5 tomorrow. President Lowell will pick from the applicants an indefinite number on the basis of: (1) qualities of manhood, force of character, and leadership; (2) literary and scholastic ability and entertainments; (3) physical vigor as shown by interest in outdoor sports or in other ways. The final selections will be made by the State Committees on December 2.
