E. T. Herndon 2G.B. Gains First Places in Business School Tennis Tournaments--Final Ranking List of All Players Announced

As a result of yesterday's final matches in the Business School tennis tournament Edward Tarr Herndon 2G.B., of Pottsville, Pa., became the singles champion of the Business School, and with Frederick McGeorge Bundy 2G.B., of Notfolk, Va., also gained the doubles championship.

Herndon defeated H. M. Stevens, in second place, 6-1, 6-1; and Bundy and Herndon took two straight sets from W. G. Bottimore and R. R. Thompson, 6-2, 6-3. In the other matches which were played today to settle the final ranking S. Fernald (11) defeated E. S. Boardman (9), 6-1, 1-6, 6-3; R. R. Thompson (5) defeated C. P. Tenneson (7), 8-6, 6-4; W. G. Bottimore (3) defeated J. T. Moll (4), 6-4, 6-2; and W. G. Bottimore and R. R. Thompson (2) defeated H. M. Stevens and C. P. Tenneson (4), 4-6, 6-2, 6-2.
