Men concentrating in History, Government or Economics, or in Philosophy or Psychology, who intend to be candidates for the degree with Distinction, or for Final Honors, in 1923 must apply to the Chairman of their Department or Division not later than tomorrow, and must, at the same time, record their name and intention with the Dean of the College.
