Due to the resignation of Warwick Potter Scott '23, who was President of the Lampoon last year and is now studying at Oxford, Charles Bedell Monro '23 of Pittsburgh has been elected to take his place. The latter, who was his before election to the presidency, has been replaced in that office by Charles Pelham Greenough Fuller '23 of New York City.
