The Society of Harvard Dames will hold its first meeting of the year on October 19. The Society is composed of the wives, mothers, and sisters of students in the University, with the purpose of bringing them together socially. The meetings are held in Phillips Brooks House and ordinarily take place on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. The first meeting has been postponed a week because October 12 is Columbus Day.
