POSTER COMPETITION FOR NEW DRAMATIC CLUB PLAY

Open to All Members of University--Must Express Spirit of "The Life of Man"--J. M. Brown '23 Reads at Club Meeting in Music Building

A poster competition, open to all members of the University has been announced by the Dramatic Club. The poster required is to be in two simple colors and to express to the fullest extent the spirit of the play, Andreyev's "The Life of Man". Copies of this play may be consulted at the Dramatic Club office, Union, Room 12 between 2 and 3 o'clock next Monday afternoon. The finished posters should be handed in at the Club office before 5 o'clock on November 10.

At the candidates meeting held yesterday afternoon in the Music Building, President J. M. Brown '23 read Andreyev's play, "The Life of Man" which is to be the Dramatic Club's first production.

Competitors for the dramatic and scenic departments were opened yesterday. J. W. D. Seymour '17, coach, is now working on the preliminary try-outs. Over 150 candidates attended the meeting held Wednesday.
