President Eliot will deliver an address on "The Function of Education in Heterogeneous Democracies" tomorrow at 4.30 in Emerson D, under the auspices of the Woodrow Wilson Club. The meeting is open to the public.
This will be the first time since President Eliot, a year ago, made it his principle never to address evening meetings, that members of the University will have an oportunity to hear him speak in public.
Any member of the University wishing to join the Woodrow Wilson Club will be given and opportunity today. Such men should see a member of the Executive Committee of the organization today between 12 and 2 or 6 and 8 at Russell, 1.
