The Librarian of the Union has called attention to the fact that manuscripts for the second annual Prize Essay Contest of the Harvard Union, the conditions of which were announced in the CRIMSON early in December, must be handed in at the Library of the Union before 11 o'clock on Monday night, January 16. Two prizes of $100 and $50 are offered for the two best essays submitted.
