At a meeting of the yearling squad held yesterday afternoon, Adolph Walter Samborski '25 was elected Freshman basketball captain.

Samborski prepared for Harvard at Westfield High School, where in addition to being an honor student, he captained the baseball and basketball teams. Last year he was given a position as guard on the second All-New England Scholastic basketball team by George H. Hoyt, President of the Eastern Massachusetts Board of Approved Officials.

On the yearling quintet Samborski has been a strong and consistent performer at right guard, playing every game to date this season.
