FRESHMAN TRACK TEAM WINS DECISIVE VICTORY

Overwhelms Boston Latin School and English High School in Meet on Saturday--Score All Points in Dash, Hurdles, and Shot Put

The Freshman track team showed its mettle on Saturday by overwhelming Boston Latin School and English High School totaling 60 points to 10 for Latin and 2 for English. The Crimson runners scored a clean sweep in the dash, the hurdle, and the shot put, and took first in every event except the relay, which was won by Latin High School.

In one of the most exciting races of the meet R.B. Cutcheon, who had never run before entering college, led A.F. Jones, former Exeter captain, across the line in the 1000 in the excellent time of 2 minutes, 28 seconds.
