The final challenge bouts of the University wrestlers will take place at 4 o'clock this afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium. As a result of the bouts the team which will represent the University against the Boys' Club of New York on Saturday will be picked.
Preliminary challenge bouts were held yesterday. In the 145-pound class, R. LeB. Daggett '23 won by a decision from Curtis Nelson '24 in five minutes, and is thus entitled to meet George Karelitz '24 this afternoon. In the 175-pound class, D. H. Sanders '22 defeated G. P. Morey '24 by decision in nine minutes, and will face C. L. Abernethy Jr. '22 in the finals.
Other bouts scheduled for today are as follows: 135-pound class, L. F. Holmes '24 vs. Morris Michelson '24; 158-pound class. W. G. Cole '24 vs. L. H. Oppenheim '22; heavyweight class, G. M. Kendall '24 vs. Benont Lockwood Jr. '22.
The Freshman team will be chosen on Friday, immediately after a series of elimination bouts.
