Mr. Whiting Williams, noted authority on labor questions, will address the Graduate Schools Society at 4.30 o'clock tomorrow in Phillips Brooks House, on "Experiences in the mines of France and the Saar Valley". Mr. Williams, whose observations as a worker in the steel plants and mines of the United States and Great Britain are well known will describe at the meeting his latest experiences on the Continent.
