Has Shown Well as Halfback This Fall in Scrimmage Practice
At a meeting of the second team squad held yesterday afternoon in the Locker Building, Frederick Howard Hovey Jr. '22, of Montclair, N. J., was elected captain. Hovey was a member of Coach Knox's scrubs last year. He plays halfback and has shown up especially well this fall in the second team scrimmages with the University.
