The whirlwind 1924 basketball five will clash with the Yale Freshmen this evening at New Haven in the last game of their season. The 1924 players have been showing stellar form since their defeat by the Andover five which is the only game of the season lost. The Eli Freshmen were also defeated by the Andover team in an overtime game last week.

Captain Lewis Gordon has been the outstanding star of the team, contribing the majority of its baskets as well as scoring over 50 percent of his tries from the foul line. On the defense J. L. Rudofsky has played an excellent game, continually breaking up the plays of opposing forwards from his position at standing back.

The Eli Freshmen, on the other hand, have had a checkered season, although they have won the majority of their games. They have shown their greatest strength on long shots, failing to score on under-the-basket tosses.
