If present plans mature, the 1924 Red Book will be placed on sale Saturday, May 28. The stumbling block which may upset this plan is the threatened strike of the Union printers and binders, who have signified their intention of stopping work on May 1 as a protest against the "Open Shop" policy. No definite action, however, will be taken by the printers and binders of Boston and vicinity till the result of a test strike now going on in Rochester, N. Y. is determined.
