President Lowell will introduce Henry W. Morgenthau, speaking in the Living Room of the Union next Thursday evening at 8 o'clock, and will also act as Chairman. It is expected that in his talk on Turkey and the Balkans Mr. Morgenthau will touch on the character, organization and work of the Near-East Relief with which he is intimately connected.

Immediately preceding the lecture a dinner, under the auspices of the Governing Board of the Union, will be given in the Trophy Room in the recent Ambassador's honor. The guests will include members of the Faculty, and undergraduates interested in Near-East relief work. Among the former will be Professors E. C. Moore, R. H. Lord '06 and A. C. Coolidge '87.
