Six Men to Give Twelve-Minute Speeches on Powers of French President

The final trials for the twenty-third annual Pasteur Debating Medal will be held at 8 o'clock at the Music Building tomorrow. As the result of preliminary debates held on February 17, six men have been selected to take part in the final debate on the question. "Resolved, that the President of the French Republic Should Have Increased Executive Power as Proposed by M. Millerand." Mr. Eugene Raiche of the French Department will preside and the men will make twelve minute speeches in English. The following me will take part.
