GUN CLUB TO START PRACTICE

Will' Begin Work Shortly in Preparation for Intercollegiate Match

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At a meeting of the University Gun Club held yesterday afternoon, plans for the coming season were discussed. The Club is planning to hold practice sessions as often as possible, beginning this work. The traps at Soldiers Field are in poor condition at present, as the water has not yet run off, but they are to be put in condition for use as soon as possible. In the mean time the club is planning to use the B. A. A. traps at Riverside.

The season will end about the middle of May, with an Intercollegiate match between the University, Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, and Pennsylvania. This will probably be the only match with other colleges, but the club is going to arrange contests with several of the Gun Clubs in the vicinity of Boston, in order to obtain all the practice possible.
