NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first 1924 smoker will be held on Wednesday evening, April 13, at 8 o'clock in the Union, according to an announcement last night by the chairman of the Smoker Committee. At a meeting of the Committee last night the members were divided into three sub-committees to facilitate the preparations for the smoker. J. J. Lee will head the Refreshment Committee, Baldwin will have charge of the amusement program, including the speakers, the moving pictures, and the music, and H. C. Lodge will take care of acquiring the use of the Union, as the head of the Union Committee. Plans have already been made to have on the program of the Smoker two movies and speeches by the president and secretary of the class, and also a talk by an outsider. Further arrangements will be made at a meeting at 1.30 today in Standish Hall.

Photographic candidates for the Red Book will meet at 7 o'clock tonight in Smith Common Room.
