Ragged Shooting Responsible for Poor Showing Against Carnegle Tech

Friday afternoon the University rifle team shot two prone matches, one with the Carnegle Institute of Technology and one with Cornell. In the former the Crimson marksmen shot rather raggedly and were defeated 484 to 482, the only really need score for the University being a 99 made by Captain Young.

In the Cornell match the University team shot more evenly but the highest score was only 98, the total however, being 486 to Cornell's 419.
