Baron Eugene Stein, the widely known Russian nobleman who has recently come to this country from Buenos Ayres, where he was ambassador from Russia, will lecture Monday night at 8 in the Trophy Room of the Union. He has been giving the Lowell lectures, but this is not one of the series. His subject will be "The Problem Presented by Russia Today" and his talk will be illustrated by about 200 stereopticon slides showing different phases of life and conditions in Russia.
