University Authorities Say Three Cornered Meeting With Princeton and Navy Not Yet Confirmed

Reports, which were published in New York papers yesterday morning, as emanating from Princeton, to the effect that the University had accepted Tuesday, May 10, as the date for a triangular crew race with Princeton and the Navy, were characterized as absolutely erroneous by the University crew management yesterday. Plans for a triangular race on Lake Carnegie on May 7 have been considered, and the University will probably be willing to row on that date, but all arrangements for the race are very indefinite and are in the hands of the Navy and Princeton. Under to conditions will the University be able to accept an invitation for May 10 which would involve a trip to Princeton during the middle of the week, and reports that if has already accepted such a date are absolutely without foundation.

At the same time Princeton announced her schedule, which is as follows:

May 14. Pennsylvania and Columbia in race for Childs Cap on the Rarlem River.

May 21. Cornell at Yale on Lake Coyuga.

May 28. Junior eight race in American Renley.
