Friday in their third match in the National Rifle Association tournament the University marksmen were out-shot by their opponents, the Worcester Polytechnic University by a score of 433 to 387. The match was shot standing, ten men shooting but only the five highest scores counting.
A prone match with Colgate resulting in a tie score of 942 to 942 was shot immediately after the Worcester match.
