Beginning Monday, February 21, all notice that are to appear in the Crimson must be in the notice box in Room 5 of the Crimson Building not later than 8 o'clock the evening before they are to appear, and must be written on special paper provided by the Crimson. Notices may be mailed in as before, but the Crimson assumes no responsibility for the secrecy of notice telephoned in.
Managers of organizations, in special cases, may, by arrangement with the Managing Editor, provide for sending in notices later than 8.
