The debate for, the Pasteur Medal will be held this evening in Sever 11, and the subject will be as formerly announced, "Resolved that the President of the French Republic should have increased Executive Power as proposed by M. Millerand." The judges will be Professor L. J. A. Mercier and H. L. Hawkins, and Eugene Naeche of the French department.
