Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
After time trials held yesterday and Tuesday on the Soldiers Field track, Coach Bingham decided on the men who are to represent the University in the Guaranty Club Games, to be held in Madison Square Garden Saturday evening. Although a dozen men were entered in the meet, only three men in addition to the relay team will make the trip.
E. O. Gourdin '21, probably the best sprinter in the University, was picked to run the 220-yard distance on the medley relay team, after defeating R. D. Howard '23 in the trials. Howard will go to New York, however, to run in the 70-yard dash, and Gourdin may also run the dash. Richard Chute '22, running according to expectations, won the trials for the 440-yard position, and judging by his past performance should make a good showing in New York. Bayard Wharton '22 and Captain D. F. O'Connell '21 were picked to run the half-mile and mile respectively.
In addition to the relay team, the University has three individual entries in the meet. R. D. Howard '23 is to run the 70-yard dash; R. S. Whitney '22 is entered in the 70-yard hurdles, and stands a good chance of placing: and Vinton Chapin '23 is entered in the 300-yard dash.
