The Honorable William Cameron Forbes '92 will be the speaker at the regular monthly meeting of the Travellers' Club this evening at the Harvard Club of Boston. Mr. Forbes, who was Governor General of the Philippine Islands from 1909 to 1013, will speak on "The Philippines". He has just returned from the Islands where he served on a commission with Major-general Leonard Wood to investigate conditions in the Islands prior to the appointment of General Wood as Governor.
