ILLUSTRATED BOOKS TO BE EXHIBITED AT FOGG MUSEUM

Two Recently Acquired Florentine Collections to be on View--Valuable Examples Borrowed or Exhibit

An exhibition of Florentine illustrated books will be held in the Fogg Art Museum from November 8 until December 8 Books from the two collections recently acquired by the University the Sac on areola collection and the Sacre Rappre contagion will be on exhibition for the first time. Some of the greatest treasures of the Wellesley College Library have been lent for the exhibition, as also extremely fine examples from the Pierpont Morgan Library as well as books from the libraries of Mr. W. M. Ivins Jr., of New York, and Dr. E. C. Streeter of Boston.

In connection with this exhibition a lecture on "Florentine Book Illustration" will be given in the Fogg Museum. November 9, at 4.30, by Miss Laura H. Dudley, who is in charge of the Print Collection of the Fogg Museum.
