Band Collects Enough for Trip

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

As the result of the collection which the University Band took yesterday afternoon at the football rally at the Stadium, $173 was procured, bringing the total to $715. This sum is sufficient to take forty players on the trip, thus allowing for a full orchestration.

While on the march to the field yesterday the band practiced the new "H" formation which will be featured at Princeton Saturday. This will be formed by spreading out and forming two columns of twos with a double rank as a cross-bar, of which the front rank will be made up of trombones.
