A competition for settings and costumes for "Pastora Imperio", a play in three acts, is open. Models or drawings are to be completed and left at the Workshop by Wednesday, November 30. Contestants may submit designs for both settings and costumes; or two may work in collaboration; one on the settings, the other on the costumes. The limitations of the Agassiz House Theatre must be observed.
Rehearsals for a serious play in four acts, entitled "Makers of Light," by Mr. Frederick Lansing Day 2G., are just beginning. Performances of the play will be given on Friday and Saturday, November 25 and 26, in the Agassiz House Theatre. The scenery is by Mr. Rollo Wayne 2G, and Miss Eleanor Eustis. The cast will be announced later.
