H. L. Pratt '23 to Captain Harriers
At a meeting of the cross country team yesterday, Herbert Lee Pratt Jr. '23, of New York City, was elected captain. Pratt was one of the best men on the team this year, being the second University man to finish in the Yale meet and among the first few University runners in the Intercollegiates.
