"Popular Reactions in the Struggle for Peace" will be the subject of an address by Mr. Homer Cummings, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee to the Woodrow Wilson Club and to union members at a meeting in the Living Room of the Union at 3 o'clock tomorrow evening. Professor W. E. Hocking 01 will introduce Mr. Cummings.
The Wilson Club will entertain Mr. Cummings at a dinner in the Trophy Room of the union before the meeting.
