The last of the series of lectures by Paul Miliukov, LL.D., Professor at Moscow and Sofia Universities, former Foreign Minister of the first Provisional Government in 1917, under the auspices of the Lowell Institute, will be given this afternoon at 5 o'clock, in Huntington Hall, Rogers Building, 491 Boylston street, Boston. The general subject of Professor Miliukov's lecture is "The Russian Catastrophe." His talk today will be on "The Famine."
