Laymen's Service at First Church

Dr. Charles W. Eliot '53, President Emeritus of the University, will preach the sermon at a service to be conducted by laymen at the First Church (Unitarian) in Harvard Square this Sunday. Dr. Eliot, who was inaugurated as President of the University in this same church 52 years ago, will speak on "The joyful duty of the layman to the modern church in the worship of God and the service of men."

All members of the University and particularly members of the Laymen's League are urged to be present.
