TOURNAMENT DOUBLES ADVANCE TO FINALS

In the semi-finals of the doubles of the University Fall Tennis Tournament yesterday Morris Duane '23 and W. W. Ingraham '25 defeated H. M. Stevens 1G.B. and F. M. Bundy 1G.B. quickly, in straight heats, 8-6, 6-3. H. R. Guild 3L. and B. N. Dell 2G. had more difficulty in winning from E. T. Herndon 1G.B. and D. P. Robinson 1E.S., 2-6, 9-7, 6-3. The finals will be played Monday at two o'clock.

Only four out of the eight scheduled matches were played in the doubles of the Inter-Class Tournament. The results of these matches are as follows: J. M. Kleberg '22 and D. M. Key '22 defeated J. D. Farnham '23 and J. M. Cabot '23, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3; R. N. Bradley '22 and C. P. Holmes '22 defeated G. C. Guild '23 and L. R. Frost '23, 6-2, 6-3; J. D. DuBois '24 and Parke Cummings '24 defeated J. J. Glessner '25 and J. L. Scully '25, 5-7, 6-3, 8-6; F. I. Carpenter '24 and Carroll Harrington '24 defeated Albert Norris '25 and Ira Morris '25, 6-1, 4-6, 6-1.

It has been decided not to continue these doubles matches: instead, the team from each class will play the team from each of the other classes the "round robin" system. Today the Seniors will play the Sophomores and the Juniors the Freshmen. The matches are scheduled as follows: at 2 o'clock, R. N. Bradley '22 vs. J. D. DuBois '24; C. P. Holmes '22 vs. C. W. Dana '22 vs. F. I. Carpenter '24; A. Wright '22 vs. Carroll Harrington '24; G. C. Guild '23 vs. W. W. Ingraham '25; J. D. Farnahm '23 vs. G. B. Manning '25; L. R. Frost '23 vs. J. J.
